ICSME-SD
The ICSME-SD-2026 conference brings together, on an international scale, researchers, faculty members, doctoral students, and industry professionals to discuss recent advances in materials science, green chemistry, and sustainable engineering. It highlights key topics such as the remediation of natural environments, energy storage and conversion, the valorization of waste and industrial by-products, as well as the development and application of novel biomaterials.
The event provides a privileged forum for promoting technological innovation, the optimization of materials through modeling and theoretical approaches, and the implementation of environmentally friendly processes. It also serves as an interdisciplinary platform that fosters collaboration between universities, research institutions, and industrial stakeholders, while supporting the training, supervision, and mobility of young researchers.
Through these initiatives, ICSME-SD-2026 aims to contribute to the development of responsible and practical solutions, supporting sustainable industrial applications and advancing a materials science that is fully aligned with the objectives of sustainable development.
